Drapers Fashion Awards Finalist

Javelin is a Finalist in the Drapers Fashion Awards 2012 and we're really excited!!! We just couldn't wait to tell everyone!

We have been shortlisted in the Women's Retailer of the Year - Independents Category. Above and below are little bits of our entry for you to check out, with some pictures of our lovely staff modelling Javelin clothes. The full shortlist is officially announced on the Drapers Fashion Awards website on Friday 24th August, but for the first time ever they are announcing the finalists on twitter all this week. Follow @Drapers_Awards to find out who we're up against in the independents category, which should be announced first. Here at Javelin, we all feel very honoured and privileged to be a part of the Drapers Awards so we cannot wait for November to see who wins - Keep your fingers crossed for Javelin!

Packing up the Sale

Have you ever wondered where the sale goes? The Javelin Outlet Shop! Here's a picture of Mark packing up and scanning out the Sale from the Bury St. Edmunds store and then, a short journey later, a very happy Nadine unpacking it all at The Javelin Outlet Store, which can be found on Friar's Street in Sudbury, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am until 5pm. The Outlet Store is also now online so you can enjoy all your favourite Javelin brands for less.  

Thank Javelin it's Friday

 It’s Friday! and we’ll be drawing another winner later for our TJI Friday campaign. Last week’s winner was Miriam Palombo and she won £50 worth of vouchers.

In the spirit of the campaign, we’ve been having a think in store about why we are thankful that it is Friday. Chris, Tiffany and Henry are all off out at the weekend. Chris is going to be rocking his new Scotch and Soda T-Shirt when he’s out tonight with the lads. Tiffany will be wearing her new Vivienne Westwood jeans out with the girls Saturday night, and Henry is just looking forward to partying hard with the rest of the team. He says he’ll be party rocking. 

Lucky Anna is pleased that it is Friday because this weekend she is off to the Men’s Hockey Final at the Olympics. She’s picked a Vila top to wear, which assures she’ll win the best dressed medal.
